|ENROLMENT & FEES
Enrolment is limited to twenty (20) children per class with two teachers present at all
times, or, ten (10) children per class with one teacher present at all times.
Classes are open to 3 and 4 year old children. Your child should be 32 months of age (3
years of age on December 31st of the year of entrance) and toilet trained when he/she
commences the classes.
Registration is taken January through August for the following September. Early
enrolment is offered in December for families who already have a child currently enrolled
in our program. Priority will be given to the families of children currently enrolled. To
formally enrol an "application of Enrolment" must be completed. A registration fee of
$60.00 is payable upon submission of the "Application of Enrolment". This fee is
refundable only if the school is unable to admit your child.
The centre reserves the right to request that the child be withdrawn if he/she is unable
to adapt or adjust within the first month, or, in the teachers opinion has social,
emotional or physical needs that the teacher feels she is unable to provide for.

Our monthly fees are as follows:
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Postdated cheques, dated for the first of each month, are to be made payable to Small
Beginnings Preschool and submitted when you register (please note that a $25.00
charge will apply to all N.S.F. Cheques). We realize that there are times when payment
may be difficult, please feel free to speak with us and special arrangements may be
made. Government subsidy is available to parents who qualify. Application is made
directly to the Ministry of Children and Family Development : 1-888-338-6622.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL & RECEIPTS:
Monthly fees guarantee your child's place in the preschool, therefor no refunds can be
made for times missed. One month's written notice must be given if you wish to
withdraw your child from the program. If the child is withdrawn after the first of the
month, full enrolment fee for that month will apply. At this time uncashed post dated
cheques will be returned. Cancelled cheques will be your receipt. Written receipts for
income tax purposes will be made available in January upon request.
